Policies
Booking with SFC means you accept these terms.
Departure
Arrive 15 minutes early. We leave on time — for the tide and for the other guests. Late arrivals are treated as no-shows: no refund.
If we cancel
If the skipper calls off a trip for weather, sea conditions or mechanical reasons, you choose: full refund, or reschedule to any available date. The skipper's call on conditions is final.
If you cancel

Public holidays
$20 per person on Victorian public holidays, payable on board.
Fishing Licence
Anglers aged 18–69 need a current Victorian fishing licence — that's your responsibility, not ours. Under 18, over 70 and concession holders are exempt. Five minutes online at the Victorian Fisheries Authority.
Alcohol
Cans only, no glass. None under 18. Intoxicated behaviour ends the charter with no refund.
Gear
Rods and reels supplied. Broken or lost gear: $200 per item.
Raw fish
Eating raw fish on board is at your own risk, however fresh it is.
Risk
We're fully licensed and insured, but fishing at sea carries risk. Bookings are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
