Departure Times

Arrive 15 mins early. Trips leave on time.
Shared charters: If you’re late, we can’t wait ~ no refunds.

Cancellations & Reschedules

~ We may reschedule/cancel for weather, technical issues, or if fewer than 10 passengers book. The captain has the final say on weather.
If it’s unsafe, we’ll reschedule/refund. If it’s safe and you pull out, no refund.
~ Need to reschedule? Give 4+ days notice.
~ Cancel within 4 days → 30% fee.
~ Vouchers aren’t refundable but can be rescheduled.
~ By booking (online or via Marine), you agree to our T&Cs.

Fishing Licence

~ Ages 18–69 (without concession): you need a Vic fishing licence.
Grab one online in 5 minutes via Victorian Fisheries Authority.
~ Under 18, over 70, and concession card holders: exempt.

Raw Fish Disclaimer 

If you choose to eat raw fish onboard, it’s entirely at your own risk. No matter how fresh, sashimi always carries a risk. By doing so, you agree to release Sorrento Fishing Charters from any liability.

Alcohol

We support responsible drinking.
Intoxicated behaviour can lead to a charter termination without a refund.
No alcohol under 18. Adults must supervise minors.
Sorrento Fishing Charters is not responsible for any incidents related to underage drinking.

Equipment

We supply quality rods & reels.
Look after them ~ break or lose one → $200 replacement fee.
