Public Holiday Surcharge (Victoria)
On Victorian public holidays, a $20 surcharge per person applies.
Please note this fee is not automatically added at checkout on our website.
The additional $20 per person will be processed and payable on board on the day of your charter.
Fishing Licence
As a fishing charter, we do not require a licence to book.
However, under Victorian law, anglers aged 18–69 (without concession) must hold a valid Victorian fishing licence.
Holding a valid licence is the customer’s responsibility. Under 18, over 70, and concession card holders are exempt.
Grab one online in 5 minutes via Victorian Fisheries Authority.
Raw Fish Disclaimer
If you choose to eat raw fish onboard, it’s entirely at your own risk. No matter how fresh, sashimi always carries a risk.
By doing so, you agree to release SFC from any liability.
Alcohol
We support responsible drinking.
• Intoxicated behaviour can lead to a charter termination without a refund.
• No alcohol under 18.
• SFC is not responsible for any incidents related to underage drinking.
Equipment
We supply quality rods & reels. Look after them — break or lose one → $200 replacement fee.
We’re fully insured and licensed, but please note that all fishing trips involve a level of risk. By booking with SFC, you agree to our terms and conditions, and acknowledge that all bookings are subject to the laws of Victoria, Australia.
