Theo ~ half Greek, half Aussie ~ has had saltwater in his veins since the age of two (seriously). With a marine biology degree under his belt and years of fishing across the globe, he brings not just skill, but a calm and patient energy to every trip.

By his side is Marine, his French first mate and partner. She’s the creative spark aboard Timaru ~ snapping photos, adding her own touch of style, and yes, that French accent is the one you’ll hear when you call.

Together, they’ve built more than just a charter ~ they’ve created a relaxed, welcoming space where every trip is about the journey, the catch, and the simple joy of being out on the water.

The Sorrento Way

Most charters follow a similar pattern, but our focus is different (and yep, we’ve got our own fishing marks).
For us, it’s about the vibe: family-oriented, relaxed, and welcoming. We celebrate every catch, make sure everyone feels at home, and at the end of the day we just want you walking off the pier thinking:
