Cancellation Policy:

We reserve the right to reschedule your trip due to weather, technical issues, other circumstances or the minimum of 8 participants per trip isn’t met, or the value of, we may need to reschedule or cancel & refund your booking.

If you need to reschedule, just give us at least 4 days notice before the trip date.

Cancellations made within 4 days of the scheduled trip will incur a 30% cancellation fee based on the total booking amount.

The captain is the only one who decides if the weather’s good to go. If it’s unsafe, we’ll happily reschedule your trip. However, if the captain gives the all-clear and you’re not keen, please note there are no reschedules or refunds.

Fishing License:

If you’re 18 to 69 and not a concession card holder, you’ll need a fishing licence to legally fish in Victoria. No licence, no fishing legally—but it’s your responsibility. The good news? It only takes 5 minutes to grab one online through the Victorian Fisheries Authority. Under 18s, over 70s, and holders of pension or seniors cards are all exempt.

Our Boat:

Meet Timaru—she’s your trusty mate on the water. Tough, rigged for action, and always ready to keep you comfy and dry, no matter the weather. She’s all about the fishing, no worries! Exclusive and intimate—our charter is limited to just 10 guests, ensuring a personalised fishing experience for everyone on board. Up to 10 people on our boat? No problem! Got a bigger crew? We've got you covered—just give us a shout!

On Timaru, it's lines in, not swimmers out—we're here to fish, not splash!

What’s Included:

• All rods, reels, bait, and tackle.
• Onboard toilet facilities.
• Complimentary water in board to keep everyone hydrated. 

What to Bring/Wear:

• Pack your warm gear—it can get chilly on the water!
• Closed-in shoes for safety.
• Don't forget your hat and sun protection. 
• BYO drinks and snacks to keep the vibes high. 
• Be a legend—bring your own esky! We have plastic bags if needed, but we're trying our best to keep the ocean plastic-free.

 Alcohol Policy:

• We support responsible drinking. If the captain thinks you’ve had too much before boarding, you won’t be allowed on.
• Intoxicated behaviour can lead to a charter termination without a refund.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before getting on board.

Parking:

Please note that the parking area facing the Sorrento ferry terminal requires payment. For free parking, we recommend the top of the hill near the Sorrento Pub, which is the closest free parking spot to the pier and just a short walk away.
