Arrive 15 minutes early. Trips leave on time. Missed shared charters are non-refundable. Late arrival for private charters may reduce the length of your trip.

Safety

Follow all crew instructions. We accept no liability for incidents resulting from failure to do so.

Cancellations Weather

We cancel: Full refund, reschedule or credit.
You cancel: 12-month credit. 7+ days’ notice required.
Within 48hrs / no-show: No credit or refund. Bookings can be transferred.
Gift vouchers: Non-refundable.

Captain Theo makes the final weather decision. If it’s safe, the trip goes ahead. Weather cancellations may be made at short notice.

We’re not responsible for costs resulting from cancellations or rescheduling.

Medical Conditions

Please advise us of serious medical conditions, mobility issues or assistance required.

Public Holidays (VIC)

+$20pp, payable on board.

Fishing Licence

Required for ages 18–69 unless exempt. Purchase it the day before your trip, licences are non-refundable.

Raw Fish

Eating raw fish on board is at your own risk.

Alcohol

Cans only, no glass. Under 18s cannot consume alcohol. Intoxicated or disruptive behaviour may result in termination of the trip without refund or credit.

Equipment

Lost or damaged equipment due to negligence may incur a $200 replacement fee.
