Departure Times Policy

We know life happens, but please aim to arrive 15 minutes early ~ our trips leave sharp so everyone gets the most out of the day. Late? Your call, your bill 😎

Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to reschedule your trip due to weather, technical issues, other circumstances or the minimum of 8 participants per trip isn’t met, or the value of, we may need to reschedule or cancel & refund your booking.

If you need to reschedule, just give us at least 4 days notice before the trip date.

We’ve had a few too many last-minute cancellations when the forecast doesn’t look perfect, so here’s how it works:

• Cancellations within 4 days of your trip will incur a 30% fee of the total booking.

• The captain has the final say on the weather. If it’s unsafe, we’ll happily reschedule you.

• But if the captain gives the all-clear and you decide not to come, there are no reschedules or refunds.

Fishing’s all about reading the conditions ~ sometimes it’s glassy, sometimes it’s a bit bumpy, but it’s always an adventure!

Fishing License Policy

If you’re 18 to 69 and not a concession card holder, you’ll need a fishing licence to legally fish in Victoria. No licence, no fishing legally ~ but it’s your responsibility. The good news? It only takes 5 minutes to grab one online through the Victorian Fisheries Authority. Under 18s, over 70s, and holders of pension or seniors cards are all exempt.

Alcohol Policy

We’re all for a couple of drinks and good vibes, just keep it chill. If the skipper thinks you’ve had a few too many before we head out, you’ll have to sit this one out. Same goes onboard ~ if things get too messy, the trip can be called off with no refunds.

Equipment Policy ~ $200 replacement fee

We've kitted you out with quality rods and reels. Rods don't float and reels ain't cheap ~ look after the gear so we can keep everyone fishing happy 😎
